FAQ

What is the minimum charge for a local transport?

Our minimum local transport charge is a combination of the base rate and the miles you travel on the bus. Trips can be as low as $4, for veterans and $34 for non-veterans. This ensures our dedicated team and specialized vehicles are fully prepared to provide the highest level of care for even the shortest journeys.

Are extra stops included in the initial quote?

Standard quotes include direct travel between origin and destination. Additional stops for pharmacy pick-ups or essential errrands can be included for a modest fee, provided they are scheduled in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that medical appointments can change. Cancellations and modifications made at least 24 hours in advance incur no charge. We can either issue you a refund, or give you a credit for your next trip with us. If you cancel your ride within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup, a small dispatch fee may apply to cover our readiness costs.

What if I am not ready when the bus arrives?

Not all of our drivers have the ability to wait, as we must respect the time of other valuable customers that need rides. Typically we drop patients off at their medical appointment location, then pick them up at a later time when required.

On occasion our drivers may be able to accommodate a request to wait depending on the circumstances.

When picking up customers, the first 5 minutes of wait time is included at no extra cost, to ensure the rider is ready to go. If a customer needs more than 5 minutes of wait time, an additional fee may be charged, or the bus may be forced to leave due to the needs of other riders. If the bus has to leave due to a long wait, there will not be a refund given and the full price of the trip will apply as if the rider took it.

Are there surcharges for weekends or holidays?

To provide reliable service 24/7-365 days a year, basic surcharges apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday transports. These fees are always told to you at booking and transparently outlined in your initial quote.

How do I pay for my transport?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, money transfer apps, and cash. For private-pay clients, payment is typically processed securely at the time of booking to ensure a friction-free day of travel.
